Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù (Tstiy̼ /iˈbɛjʊ/ [seat; chair; stool (seat)] [flaw; defect]) is a subtropical Small Town located in the Weian Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù was founded by Glelëd Hooley Beynon, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù has a yearly average temperature of 15°C (59°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cool 19°C (66°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 12°C (53°F). Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù receives an average of 243 cm/y (95 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù covers an area of nearly 3 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 1406 m (4612 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù was founded durring the early 17th century in early summer of the year 1645, by Glelëd Hooley Beynon. The establishment of Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Glelëd Hooley Beynon struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù as a prison colony.
Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù is buildings folow an organic layout of crampt baked earthen streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù's exceptionaly well made fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
A look around Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù seems to be home to a quite vibrant and boisterous community. Everywhere one looks they can see people going out their daily business with a smile and a spring in their step. Children play loudly in the streets, causing untold havoc as youth are want and allowed to do.

Cultural Notes
Kèr Tstiy̼ibèjù's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.
